By using ATSFlow, you agree to these terms. ATSFlow is a free, no-account tool. No files are stored on our servers, no server-side processing occurs, and no personal data is collected.
Acceptance of Terms
These terms form a binding agreement between you and ATSFlow. Using the service means you accept them.
Description of Service
ATSFlow is a free, browser-based ATS resume checker. All analysis is performed locally in your browser using client-side JavaScript. No resume content is uploaded to or stored on any server. No user account is required or created.
User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 16 years old to use ATSFlow.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any documents you process through ATSFlow.
- You agree not to use ATSFlow for any unlawful purpose.
- You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer or systematically scrape the platform.
No Accounts, No Storage
ATSFlow does not create accounts, store files, or retain any data from your session. Each visit is entirely stateless. No personal information is held by ATSFlow at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and source code of ATSFlow is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the service without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ATSFlow is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using ATSFlow will result in job interviews, offers, or any specific employment outcome.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATSFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ATSFlow after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
