Is ATSFlow really free?
Yes, completely. There are no plans, no trials, no hidden fees, and no premium tiers. ATSFlow is free to use without any limitations.
Do I need to create an account?
No. ATSFlow requires no sign-up, no email address, and no password. Just open the scanner and use it.
Does my resume get stored or sent anywhere?
No. All analysis runs entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. Your resume file is never uploaded to a server, never stored, and is automatically discarded when you close or refresh the tab.
What file types are supported?
ATSFlow accepts PDF and DOCX files up to 5 MB.
What does the ATS score mean?
The score reflects how well your resume matches the job description based on keyword presence, formatting signals, and content structure. A higher score suggests better compatibility with automated applicant tracking systems.
How accurate is the analysis?
ATSFlow provides a strong general-purpose ATS compatibility check. Different employers use different ATS platforms with varying rules. Use our suggestions as a starting point, not a guarantee of any outcome.
Can I use ATSFlow on mobile?
Yes. ATSFlow is fully responsive and works on phones and tablets. For the best experience uploading DOCX files, a desktop browser is recommended.
Does ATSFlow use AI?
ATSFlow uses keyword extraction and pattern matching that runs locally in your browser. No cloud AI API is called — your document content is never sent to any AI service.
Why are there no social login buttons?
By design. Social logins (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) collect data and require account management. ATSFlow intentionally has no authentication of any kind.
How do I get the best results?
Paste the full job description — including the requirements and responsibilities sections. The more complete the job description, the more accurate the keyword matching will be.
